Given the exceedingly rapid developments taking place in respect of these issues, we strongly believe in the importance of updating readers, especially the relevant stakeholders concerned with forestry, environmental and climate change issues, and particularly as regards the situation in Indonesia.

The primary mission of is to take part in strengthening efforts to meet sustainability commitments that have been made to the public concerning the issues mentioned above, both by the government and the private sector. strongly supports the role of third parties as independent monitors of the implementation of such commitments, by reporting developments in the relevant areas as accurately and comprehensively as possible.

To this end, intends to focus on news related to the implementation of corporate green pledges and government policies. In addition, reports extensively on the relevant economic sectors, especially the palm oil, pulp & paper and mining sectors, highlighting instances of business-as-usual practices. is supported by a research team focused on spatial and field verification.
